What happened: The Houston Texans are trading up to the No. 36 overall pick with the Las Vegas Raiders. Texans receive No. 36 and No. 117; Raiders get No. 38 and No. 91. This follows Houston's earlier trade up to select Georgia Tech G Keylan Rutledge at No. 26.

Why it matters: Texans show aggression in building for 2026, stacking picks after first-round move. Raiders gain extra mid-round capital to address depth. Signals Houston targeting a specific player early in second round.
