What happened: Zach Benson hustled to convert a late scoring chance that put the game out of reach for Buffalo on the road in San Jose.

Why it matters: The late tally gets the same Zach Benson who delivered a third-period go-ahead goal in Game 4 in May into the goal column for the first time this campaign while securing a road victory.

What to watch: Buffalo continues its regular-season schedule looking to build on Benson's first tally of the year.
