What happened: The Premier League has released its fixture list for the 2026/27 campaign, confirming the month-by-month schedule for all 20 clubs. Arsenal now know the order of their opponents across the new season, including the opening weekend and the festive run. The league is set to begin in late August.

Why it matters: The fixture release is the first concrete marker of the season ahead, shaping pre-season planning, travel logistics, and the rhythm of the campaign for a side coming off a title-chasing year. Arsenal's early run and congested holiday period often prove decisive in how the title and European races take shape.

What to watch: Attention now turns to kickoff times and broadcast selections, which are confirmed closer to matchday once television picks are finalized.
