What happened: Cleveland Guardians closer Cade Smith made an appearance on MLB Central live from Yankee Stadium to reflect on his season. Smith currently leads all of Major League Baseball with 21 saves, anchoring a formidable Cleveland bullpen.

Why it matters: The Guardians have leaned heavily on their relief corps this season, and Smith's lockdown performance at the back end has been critical to closing out tight games. His continued dominance was recently recognized when Cade Smith was named AL Reliever of the Month.

What to watch: The Guardians will look to maintain their bullpen's elite production as they continue their series at Yankee Stadium.
