What happened: The availability came Tuesday as Montreal wrapped its 2026 rookie camp in Brossard. It gave the organization a public checkpoint on its prospect group before the next phase of preseason work.

Why it matters: Camp media sessions can hint at which young players have moved into the conversation for main-camp looks and early depth roles. The stop also follows Montreal's 23-player rookie camp opening, another marker in the club's preseason build.

What to watch: Watch for which prospects carry momentum from Brossard into the Canadiens' broader preseason decisions.
