What happened: Shane Steichen confirmed the injury Wednesday after Warren left practice and later returned to the sideline. Ian Rapoport reported Warren's Week 1 availability is not in danger.

Why it matters: Warren is expected to block and serve as a primary target for Daniel Jones this season. Alec Pierce remains sidelined after ankle surgery, increasing the early workload pressure on Keenan Allen and the rest of the passing game.

By the numbers: A one-week absence would leave about 17 days before the Sept. 13 opener.

What to watch: Warren's return to practice next week and any preseason workload will clarify his readiness for Baltimore.
