What happened: Tom Landry won 4 of his first 23 regular-season games as Dallas coach, and Jimmy Johnson won 4. Barry Switzer won 18, Chan Gailey won 14 and Dave Campo won 7 over the same span.

Why it matters: Dallas surrendered 419 total yards and 24 points to Tampa Bay in Week 5. Jerry Jones said the club will buy, not sell, at the deadline.

What to watch: Dallas hosts Arizona next Sunday ahead of the Nov. 10 deadline.
