What happened: The Seattle Sounders surprised midfielder Cristian Roldan by adding his signature to the RAVE Foundation's newest mini-pitch at Renton Legacy Park. The dedication took place ahead of his departure to join the USMNT for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Why it matters: The gesture recognizes Roldan's lasting impact on the Seattle community both on and off the pitch. As he heads to the World Cup, the legacy project solidifies his connection to the club's philanthropic efforts.

What to watch: The new mini-pitch at Renton Legacy Park will officially open to the public this Saturday.
