What happened: Despite Baltimore initially announcing it had claimed Haynes on Wednesday, Miami won the waiver claim by holding higher priority, per Adam Schefter. The Dolphins parted with guard DJ Campbell in the corresponding roster move to open a spot for the Bowie native.

Why it matters: Haynes entered the league out of UConn in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft and stepped into Seattle's lineup against Arizona on Sept. 19 when Bradford was sidelined. His exit from Seattle comes ahead of the Nov. 10 trade deadline as the Seahawks rework an interior line that allowed 10 sacks of Sam Darnold over the last two games.

What to watch: Campbell now enters the NFL waiver system, while Haynes reports to Miami to join the Dolphins' interior offensive line rotation.
