What happened: ESPN's Matt Bowen and Jeremy Fowler included pass rusher Jermaine Johnson II, running back Tony Pollard, and cornerback Alontae Taylor among their top 25 NFL trade candidates ahead of the Nov. 10 deadline. Johnson, acquired this offseason in exchange for T'Vondre Sweat, and Pollard both play on expiring contracts, with Fowler noting teams seeking edge help believe Johnson can be had for the right price. Taylor was benched in consecutive weeks after signing a three-year, $58 million free-agent deal this offseason.

Why it matters: Sitting 15th in the AFC after a 27-24 loss to Cleveland, 1-6 Tennessee is positioned to recoup draft capital under general manager Mike Borgonzi. Dealing Pollard—whom Fowler cited as a backfield fallback if the 2-5 Indianapolis Colts hold onto their own starter—would complicate the offensive evaluation around quarterback Cam Ward after Borgonzi previously turned away inquiries on the veteran runner. Taylor's fully guaranteed $20.5 million salary for 2027 creates a major financial hurdle to any deal, leaving Johnson and Pollard as the more practical movable pieces.

What to watch: General manager Mike Borgonzi has until the Nov. 10 NFL trade deadline to field offers on Johnson and Pollard while the coaching staff addresses Taylor's role following his two-week benching.
