What happened: Roberts signed with Philadelphia earlier in 2026 after going undrafted. The Eagles waived the rookie guard during preseason roster changes.

Why it matters: Atlanta gains another interior lineman for preseason evaluation. The waiver claim moves Roberts directly onto the Falcons’ active roster.

What to watch: Roberts will compete for a roster spot through the remainder of preseason and final cuts.
