#Falcons inactives for Week 8: QB Jack Strand QB Andy Dalton (emergency 3rd QB) LB Divine Deablo CB Billy Bowman Jr. RB Via @marcraimondi on X

What happened: The Atlanta Falcons designated seven players as inactive for Week 8, including running back Brian Robinson Jr. and quarterback Jack Strand. Linebacker Divine Deablo, defensive end Drake Jackson, and cornerbacks Billy Bowman Jr. and Robert Longerbeam were also ruled out. Quarterback Andy Dalton was included on the inactive list with an emergency third-quarterback designation.

Why it matters: The defensive absences test Atlanta's depth across the secondary and front seven with Bowman, Longerbeam, and Deablo unavailable. Dalton's emergency designation keeps an experienced passer eligible to play under league rules if both active quarterbacks suffer in-game injuries.

What to watch: Atlanta begins Week 8 action with its adjusted secondary and altered offensive backfield depth.
