What happened: Gavi said his on-field confrontation with Vinicius Junior during Barcelona's title-clinching Clasico was part of football and stayed there after the final whistle. He told Movistar he told Vinicius to "shut up" after the Real Madrid forward referenced the club's 15 European titles, then added that Vinicius is a fantastic player and similarly fiery on the field.

Why it matters: The comments lower the temperature around one of the biggest flashpoints from Barcelona's 2-0 win over Real Madrid on May 10. They also reinforce that the rivalry's edge did not appear to spill into a larger disciplinary or locker-room issue after Barcelona sealed the league title.

What to watch: Watch for any follow-up from Vinicius, Real Madrid, or La Liga if footage from the incident draws further scrutiny. Barcelona's next media cycle will likely stay focused on title celebrations and whether the rivalry flare-up carries into the next Clasico.
