What happened: Jordi Alba said Federico Dimarco reminds him of his own game, praising the Inter left-sided player for contributing at both ends. Alba said he had been following Dimarco since his Barcelona days and told DAZN that he had long liked the Italy international's style.

Why it matters: The comment stands out because it comes from one of the era's benchmark left-backs and adds weight to Dimarco's growing reputation. It also lands just after Inter wrapped up the Serie A title, keeping attention on one of the key contributors in their run-in.

What to watch: Watch whether Dimarco carries that form into Inter's Coppa Italia final against Lazio on May 13. Any follow-up DAZN remarks or club comments could add context to how his season is being viewed externally.
