What happened: Kyle Schwarber established the longest home run mark of the 2026 Major League Baseball postseason. The drive stands as the deepest hit recorded across October play.

Why it matters: Schwarber set a franchise pace earlier this season by hitting 30 home runs in 84 games. The postseason milestone caps another prolific power campaign as Philadelphia transitions into winter roster planning.

What to watch: Front offices across the league will finalize winter roster assessments as the 2026 offseason officially begins.
