What happened: The Los Angeles Lakers announced that Luka Doncic will miss tonight's game in Los Angeles due to back tightness. Forward Ziaire Williams has also been ruled out with left foot soreness.

Why it matters: Removing both players alters a rotation that recently featured Doncic and Williams in the starting lineup. Los Angeles must now replace its primary ball-handler and a perimeter wing on the road.

What to watch: Los Angeles will name replacement starters ahead of tipoff and provide further updates on Doncic and Williams before the team's next contest.
