What happened: PFF defined the split as attempts traveling at least 20 yards downfield. His efficiency there contrasted with a 69.0 overall passing grade, his lowest since 2021.

Why it matters: Downfield efficiency offers a clear benchmark entering the 2026 season. It also adds performance context around Jackson's contract timing.

What to watch: The next measure is whether Jackson sustains that deep-ball efficiency throughout 2026.
