What happened: Lamar Jackson spoke on the development of Baltimore’s new offensive system under coordinator Declan Doyle during offseason workouts. Jackson lauded Doyle's "mind-blowing" creativity and high-accountability coaching style as the team transitions to a new era.

Why it matters: The Ravens are implementing a major schematic shift following the departure of long-time coach John Harbaugh. Doyle, 30, is installing a system featuring increased play-action and aggressive first-down passing to revitalize a unit that finished 8-9 last year.

What to watch: Baltimore will look to carry the momentum into training camp as Jackson masters Doyle's playbook ahead of the 2026 season.
