Throwback to this comedy show interaction with Reilly Smith from the Vegas Golden Knights 🤣 (via @willburkart) https:/

What happened: A viral video resurfaced on Friday featuring Vegas Golden Knights forward Reilly Smith in a humorous exchange with comedian Will Burkart. In the clip, Smith "slow-plays" his identity as an NHL player before shocking the comedian by removing his partial denture on stage.

Why it matters: The interaction highlights the personality of the "Original Misfit" who returned to the Vegas Golden Knights in 2025. Smith remains a veteran presence for the team during their current 2026 Stanley Cup Final run, despite serving in a limited depth role this postseason.

By the numbers: Smith signed a one-year, $2 million extension in 2025. While a fixture in the locker room, the veteran forward has been a healthy scratch for much of the 2026 playoffs.

What to watch: The Golden Knights look to secure their second championship as the Cup Final reaches its conclusion.
