What happened: Frankie Westfield takes center stage on The DOOP presented by Subaru USA following his autumn breakthrough with the United States. He earned his first senior international call-up on Sept. 17, debuted as part of an 11-player first-time class on Sept. 27, and entered the starting lineup on Sept. 29.

Why it matters: Rapid progression from domestic youth ranks into senior international starts has elevated Westfield's profile entering the 2026 MLS postseason. Landing just outside the top 10 of the league's under-22 rankings cements his status among the premier young domestic contributors in the playoff field.

What to watch: Westfield carries that autumn international momentum into the 2026 MLS Cup Playoffs.
