What happened: Atlanta moved rookie cornerback Avieon Terrell into the starting lineup on the outside for Sunday's game. The boundary assignment comes with both AJ Terrell and CJ Henderson unavailable in the Falcons' secondary.

Why it matters: Terrell, drafted out of Clemson at No. 48 overall in April and signed to a fully guaranteed rookie deal in May, originally joined Atlanta to play alongside his brother A.J. in the defensive backfield. Instead, the second-round pick is tasked with anchoring the outside corner spot amid a reshuffled defense that also added linebacker Bralen Trice to the active roster and elevated safety Jammie Robinson on Saturday.

What to watch: Terrell's workload on the perimeter will test Atlanta's cornerback depth until AJ Terrell and CJ Henderson return to the lineup.
