What happened: Philadelphia's Jalen Hurts is sidelined with a calf injury while Baltimore's Lamar Jackson misses Week 6 with an ankle issue. Tampa Bay quarterback Baker Mayfield is also out with a thumb injury.

Why it matters: With Lamar Jackson ruled out, Baltimore turns to backup Tyler Huntley and alters the offensive outlook for Zay Flowers, Derrick Henry, and Mark Andrews. Philadelphia hands the starting quarterback role to Tanner McKee for the Week 6 slate.

What to watch: McKee and Huntley take over starting duties for their respective offenses as the Week 6 schedule kicks off.
