What happened: TSN placed Larkin and Byram atop its Top 10 Trade Bait list as the NHL moves toward the draft and free agency. The ranking adds to recent speculation around both names as teams prepare roster plans for the upcoming 2026-27 campaign.

Why it matters: The list matters because trade-board placement can signal where league attention is concentrating before major offseason decision points. Larkin's reported trade-request scrutiny has already been a recurring storyline, while Byram has also appeared in recent trade chatter.

What to watch: Watch whether TSN or other league reporters add destination details before the NHL Draft and free agency window. Any confirmation from involved clubs or player camps would move this from speculation toward actionable offseason news.
