What happened: Netflix confirmed Season 3 of the docuseries 'Quarterback' will premiere July 14, 2026, featuring Baker Mayfield, Jayden Daniels, Cam Ward, and Joe Flacco. The announcement coincides with Netflix securing five exclusive NFL regular-season games for the 2026 campaign.

Why it matters: The expanded partnership cements Netflix as a major NFL broadcast player, moving beyond documentaries into live game exclusive rights. Featuring a mix of veterans and rising stars like Daniels and Ward provides a high-access look at different career stages during the 2025-26 season.

By the numbers: Netflix 2026 Exclusive Slate: Week 1 Australia (49ers-Rams), Thanksgiving Eve (Nov. 25), Christmas Day Doubleheader (Dec. 25), and Week 18 Saturday. 'Quarterback' Season 3 features 4 signal-callers and premieres July 14.

What to watch: The full 2026 NFL schedule will be released Thursday, May 14 at 8 p.m. ET on NFL Network and ESPN.
